Clarkesworld Magazine is an online science fiction and fantasy magazine, two-time winner of the Hugo Award for Best Semiprozine (2010 & 2011) and placed 3rd in the 2012 Locus Award for Best Magazine. Fiction from Clarkesworld has won Nebula and Locus Awards, and been nominated for the Hugo, Nebula, Sturgeon and Stoker Awards. Each month, the online version of Clarkesworld is read by approximate twenty-three thousand science fiction and fantasy fans. Our podcast has an audience of just over five thousand.

Due Date: Materials (image file & single URL) and payment must be received two weeks prior to start date.

Podcast Ads

Options: Have us record your ad from text for an additional $50

Due Date: Materials (.mp3 or text) and payment must be received two weeks prior to start date.

Cost: $200 per episode

Payment & Delivery of Materials

Payment and materials must be received by the dates specified above. Please confirm availability for specific ad slot prior to paying, email neil@clarkesworldmagazine.com. You PayPal payment and materials should be sent via email to neil@clarkesworldmagazine.com. If you don't have a PayPal account, they will allow you to pay us via credit card.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

• your ad is rejected by our staff
• the issue/show your ad is scheduled to appear in is cancelled

Why Would We Reject Your Ad?

Here are a few of the things that we don't want to see ads for:

• "adult" products or services
• scams or things that smell like scams
• racism, sexism, etc.
• ads promoting a religious or political agenda
