I will have to listen to this story again and possibly read it out as well. I got lost. The main character Lisse was lead by the ghost on a terrorist killing spree. It looked like eventually she believed she was going to be stopped but something else happened entirely.
The origins of the kites themselves was equally gruesome.
It was also interesting that it seemed one lone mercenary was basically doing the same thing Lisse was doing.
Despite those little specks of understanding I was still at a loss. I admire some of the imagery and the concept that things like kites and origami images can be weapons.

So frustrating to realize that no matter how simple you may believe a situation is, it is always way more complicated. Did Lisse ever have a choice?
Have recently been learning Origami and love the imagery!!
As usual Kate Baker held true to the story with ehr strong voice and presentation.
