Kate, another beautiful narration and amazing story. I love the irony tied to the fact that although the ants are their enemies, they actually used them as weapons against their real enemies from the island. Loved the ending too. Thanks for all you do! Keep up the great work!

Yet another excellent story. The coming of age of a resourceful and strong leader is the stuff of tale and folklore and science fiction, of course. The idea that species of ants would be so specialized and our heroine would be able to manipulate them is smart and original.
