Canadian by birth, M. L. Clark now calls Medellin, Colombia "home." Clark is the published author of science- and speculative-fiction stories in Analog, Clarkesworld, and Lightspeed, as well as in three year's best anthologies, among other publications. Other writing projects include poetry, reviews, essays (especially for a secular-humanist column at "Another White Atheist in Colombia"), and a novel in the universe of "To Catch All Sorts of Flying Things" and "Leave-Taking."
